Ability to plan work activities, multi-task effectively, and adhere to deadlines
PMP / EM Certification is preferred

Role and Responsibilities:
Weekly Monitoring and control of the project by performing QL reviews across Onsite & Offshore.
Highlighting Key Risks\Issues across Onsite & Offshore and working with team to close them
Tracking of Compliance\Delivery\Financial related risks \issues against agreed commitments
Work closely with Delivery Executives/Delivery Partners/Delivery Managers across Onsite & Offshore.
Tracking Client CSS/OTACE/Audit Complaints or Concerns
Perform project startup/closure, configuration, milestone audits and Pre-delivery
Phase Gate Reviews ( Entry & Exit Criteria)
Metrics: Monthly Metrics Analysis of the Project
Process Training : Includes Quality Process Trainings like Review process, Root cause analysis etc
Sharing Best Practices and Lesson’s Learnt with the Project from organization experience
CMMI Coach for the Delivery Team
Implementation of Clarity for Scheduling and Tracking WBS against plan
Improve process compliance of project & facilitate process improvements

Location: Pune / Hyderabad

Experience: 4-8 years
